This is an Estes model of Burt Rutan's SpaceShip One. The
real SpaceShip One made by Scaled Composites
LLC was the first privately funded aircraft to carry a man higher than
62 miles beyond Earth's atmosphere and return him safely twice within 2
weeks earning it the Ansari X Prize. Our 12" model carries a nosecone
weighted with modeling clay to altitudes of .08 miles. SING
